SCOREBOARD MESSAGE DISPLAY

We have a wonderful new scoreboard that has a digital message display located on the bottom portion.  Any team that plays on the main high school field can use this message display.  We have a group of students that are trained on the software for the scoreboard
message display and can display many things.

**The message display is run totally separately from the actual scoreboard.  There are two different controllers, one for the scoreboard that is controlled in the stands (hopefully a press box some day) and one for the message display that is controlled from the concession stand.

Please contact Newell Porch, AD, at least 1-2 weeks in advance and let him know that you would like to use the display and what you would like displayed on it, so that he can inform the student running the message display. You must be prepared with a typed script, words, names etc., to give to Newell in order to make this process as easy as possible. (Example – you can display names and numbers of team members, words of encouragement, sport specific phrases, you can have someone put up a birthday message (maybe even charge $5-$20 for the birthday message or other message and have it be a fundraiser for your team), does your team have another fundraiser going on – you can display information on that, etc.
